The best way to experience Moroccan cooking. Starting in the souk gave us so much context for the ingredients. The meal at the end was a feast.

Really fun class. The market tour was chaotic in the best way. Only wish we'd had more time for the actual cooking—felt a bit rushed at the end.

Did the vegetarian class and it was outstanding. So many flavors without any meat. The teacher was warm and patient. Recipes are now in regular rotation at home.
Tips for Visiting
- The market tour at the start is half the fun—don't rush it
- Wear comfortable shoes for walking the souk
- They give you the recipes afterward so you can cook at home
- Groups are small (max 8)—book early in high season
