Refund Policy

Seven days, no questions asked. Here is exactly how it works.

1. The promise

If you are not happy with your Elfna purchase for any reason, email us within 7 days of the purchase date and we will refund you in full. No forms, no calls, no justification required.

2. What is covered

This policy covers all paid Elfna products, including the offline map unlock and any Pro tier purchases.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@elfna.com from the address you used at checkout. Include the date of purchase or the Stripe receipt number if you have it.

We aim to confirm refunds within 2 working days.

4. How long it takes

Once approved, refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method.

Stripe typically returns the funds within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. After the 7-day window

Outside of the 7-day window we are not obliged to offer a refund, but we still want to know if something went wrong. Email us and we will do what we reasonably can to make it right.

6. Statutory rights (UK and EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, this policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy reduces or replaces them.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, digital content supplied immediately with your express consent is normally exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. By completing checkout you acknowledge this. Our 7-day no-questions refund is a goodwill commitment that goes beyond what the law strictly requires.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without contacting us means we incur fees and lose visibility on what went wrong, which makes it harder to fix the underlying issue for you and other travellers. We will always try to resolve things faster directly.

8. Affiliate bookings

Bookings made through affiliate partners (accommodation, experiences, tours) are governed by the cancellation and refund policy of the partner, not by this policy. We can help you find the right contact if you are stuck.
